Our founding
RIZEN BUILD is a locally owned and operated Concrete and Asphalt Contractor proudly serving the Great Pacific NW with over 20+ years of construction experience. We provide our customers with great products and excellent customer service at affordable rates, Levi Ostlund the co-owner is fully committed to each project.
His dedication to satisfying our client’s needs has been our top priority since founding RIZEN BUILD.
We are a full service Asphalt Contractor and Concrete Contractor, providing a large range of services for commercial and residential projects. Services included but not limited to: asphalt sealcoating, patching, striping, concrete driveways, concrete patios, excavation, decorative concrete, asphalt repair, and much more…
Who we are
With over 20 years of construction experience, he started working with his family, to owning a landscaping business when he was 13 years old, becoming a Journeyman Concrete Finisher, Journeyman Carpenter, Journeyman Asphalt Laborer/Installer and spent many years doing insurance restoration and general contracting.
Levi has worked on thousands of projects, ranging from small residential projects to running a $3,000,000 dollar project at Nike.
