- You will recieve an estimate with 3 options ranging from good, best and better.
DESIGN
- IF you choose RIZEN BUILD to be your contractor we begin the desinging phase.
- Your Project Manager will walk you through the selection process (Paint colors, concrete type, vanity’s cabinets, enginering.)
- Permits (if needed).
- Ordering materials.
- Scheduling work.
BUILD
- RIZEN BUILD starts your project.
- Projects have unforseens or hiccups, if they do RIZEN BUILD will always keep you in the loop.
